Give your face a day of. Take at least one day a week when all you do is clean your face and moisturise it. For an extra boost, drink nothing but water that day and try to eat as healthy as possible with lots of fruit and veggies! It does wonders, I promise!

Base is key. If you clean you face, moisturise and have a good base with consealer, foudation and powder you really only need mascara and a bit of blush to accentuate your best features in your face. After all: you are your most beautiful self!

Now I will tell you about a trick of the trade so to speak. If you blend your skinserum with a mineralpowder you get a great glow without feeling like your wearing a lot of makeup, it´s great for a night out! I recommend Elisabeth Ardens "Good Morning Skin Serum" along with Makeup Stores "Wonder Powder"(this is in swedish).

Todays tip is a good one that I have used for years. There are days when you just don´t feel like putting on a lot of makeup but when you look at your face in the mirror you realize, "well, I can´t go out looking like this"... So what to do? Here´s the answer: Take a click of your daycream and a click of your foundation and mix together in your hand, this gives you moisturizer with more coverige and a bit of soft colour to brighten up your face. Then you use the tip from september 24 and you are good to go! Good luck!

Over 30? Don´t forget to use an eyecream in your daily rutine, regardless if you wear makeup every day or not!

Don´t have much time? All you need to look your best is a little consealer (for under the eyes and red spots), mascara and a little blush and you´re good to go!

Use a good facemist! It really refreshens your skin and it helps to keep the makeup in place. I recommend Biotherm Biosensitive soothing refreshing spring mist! Unfortunately they have no listings of it on their website so Iwould recommend you to ask for it in your nearest departmentstore that sells Biotherm. In Sweden: try Kicks, Mitti by Kicks or Ahlens.
